Fara's Restaurant and Wine Bar in Ballybofey-stranorlar

Lovely venue for work christmas do. Food is delicious and modern interior. Dessert could be better though.

Really enjoyed our stay in the Villa Rose for a wedding, excellent food and service.

We had 6 lads staying here for work this week. They were spoilt, great hotel and a great price. Staff were very helpful and accommodated mid week short notice check ins and check outs. I wish every hotel we stayed at was the same.

Was there yesterday on the 12th of November and the food service was extremely bad and not up to the usual…. Had our plates sitting on the tables for too long and after our desserts, the staff didn’t come to take our plates off the table, I myself had to say to them to take them away. I seen aswell, a lady had to wave her menu at the staff to get them to come over since they were just not paying attention to any customers. Quite disappointed since me and my friends love to go to the bar to get food I can say myself that Conor one of the staff is great and always brings the best service and always welcoming and never leaves plates sitting as long as they did yesterday.
