I’ve been ordering from FatCow for over a year, and their quality never drops. The burgers are consistently tasty and juicy, while the chips are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. My favorite burger in town!

I can’t get over how good this place is. The burgers are top-notch, like you can actually taste how much care goes into them. Even the vegan options are insane, I didn’t think I’d love them as much as I do. And don’t even get me started on the sides… I could eat them all day. 100% worth the price. Well done lads!

We had Fat Cow recently and woujd have no hesitation recommending this to anyone ordering fresh delicious burgers, crispy tasty fries and wonderful new sides. Everything was delivered hot, on time & really fresh. Keep up the great work guys!! It was so tasty!!

Myself and my flatmate placed an order for delivery and we were really impressed with the quality of the packing when it comes to presentation and also organizing of everything inside of the boxes. The burgers are honestly one of the best ones we’ve ever had for ages! Beyond recommended to everyone who wants to give it a go! Trust me, you’ll be in for a treat! Keep up the good work, guys!

18/05/2025: Stopped in for a coffee and a sandwich. The toasted chicken pesto sandwich did not disappoint. It was stuffed full of pesto chicken, cheese and sun dried tomatoes. Pricing was fair compared to the rest of the town. Service was extremely friendly and fast. They had various other items for sale and they had a bathroom for customers too.
26/04/2025: Another lovely cafe where I pop into after my sea swims. Staff are very friendly and coffee is lovely :) they also have a nice range of takeaway meals, sambos etc :) the vegetarian lasagne was beyond palatable! Especially with a nice cucumber salad as a side that I made :)

04/07/2025: Here's the English translation: "Beautiful place with a great atmosphere and service. The starters are good. I liked the lobster starter, but it was quite small. The T-bone steak was tasty but quite cold. We asked for it to be reheated, and they brought it back with hot gravy on top. That’s not what I expect from a place of this level with high prices."
22/06/2025: I rarely post a review, however Alta provides you and experience where you simply need to share it. All vegetables, meat and fish are so fresh and all locally sourced. So if you want to try Irish produce here you go. We went for the menu experience and especially enjoyed the fresh shell fish, lobster with strawberries, and umami experiences from the chefs experience in fermentation. For the main I went for the Irish steak - incredible tender - while my wife asked for an vegetarian option (no problem) which was a plate mixed of homemade ravioli, mushrooms, artichoke and much more - probably one of the best dishes we have ever had. Allta has a great atmosphere, attentive service, and nice cocktails and wine list. Thank you for a wonderful and fun night by the water!!
