I've been wanting to try the Guinness here for years and finally got to this week. It's not easy as it doesn't open on Mondays and Tuesdays, and only opens at 1700. I can now confirm that the Guinness did not disappoint and definitely the best pint Portarlington. I hopefully will be back again soon for the very welcoming atmosphere and excellent pints.

14/03/2024: Very natural, will be back. Plus the coffee is amazing.
10/03/2024: Very unique shopping,eating experience eceletic environment, very friendly staff. Breakfast was very good value and served till 12 which is always a plus for me. Very reasonable at 10 euro including a delicious coffee.

The Snack Cafe

24/03/2024: So good. Very delicious. They offer many different kinds of sandwiches and different types of breads. I got mine toasted and was very happy with it.
15/01/2024: Excellent service & superb value for high quality food. The Snack Shack is the best place in town for lunch or a cuppa tea or coffee. The Atmosphere is great, the staff are warm & welcoming. When I leave the Snack Shack, I don't just leave with my lunch & tea, I leave with a smile on my face and a feeling of community & connection. Highly recommend the lunchitto 👌💯 ✌️&❤️
