The service made a lot of effort and was very attentive. The starter was okay and tasted good too. The quality of the meat (fillet and ribeye) left a lot to be desired. My ribeye, ordered medium well, was completely cooked and dry. Lt. On the card it should be 350g, which couldn't be achieved even if you lost a lot of weight while frying. For over €50 it definitely wasn't right. Service, ambience top, food unfortunately a flop!

What a beautiful venue, and the food is incredible, but the staff are just great. we had Tom serving us tonight, and he was excellent and couldn't do enough for us, I will go again just for the service Tom. You were great

I’m so torn when I think about Fire. It really is one of the most visually appealing restaurants in Dublin, with contemporary decoration in some classic rooms, and a very comfortable bar. However, the past two times I’ve eaten there, catching up with friends, the food has left me wanting, and the service has not been reflective of the price of eating there.
Most recently, when eating with 3 friends, I had a steak for mains, medium rare, and it was served as such. A friend asked for a steak medium well, and it was cooked beyond being edible. This was accepted by staff, and returned to the kitchen, with a request that the next steak be more on the medium side. It too was cooked beyond ‘well-done’. At this juncture the rest of us had finished our dinner, so we made no more of an issue of it. Further, when booking the table, we were told we could have it for the remainder of the evening as there’d be no more bookings by the time we finished. We were however asked to vacate the table at 9:30pm as ‘the table was required’, despite the fact the restaurant was at approximately 50% capacity at this stage. We moved to the bar to be greeted by impolite serving staff.
I’m not giving a lower review score than average. I feel that the last couple of times I might have been unlucky with serving staff. It remains, nevertheless a stunning looking restaurant.

Lovely decor and atmosphere, staff was very quick to respond if we needed anything and food is excellent. We both had steaks ( sirloin and fillet) + seafood with fries.

I’m a bit late to the review, but it’s important to let my opinion and many thanks to the team, especially for Marcos, who was such a lovely and kind waiter/manager. Since me and my friend arrived there he came to give us a very welcome dinner and he was very kind during all the night. Everything was perfect and for sure we’ll come back. We had such a great experience. Marcos you made our night extremely special. Fire steakhouse congrats for the employee and look after him, he’s a great staff and he makes a big difference in the company. Our visit was on Valentine’s Day. Cheers

Excellent value for the early bird or the weekend 1-5pm lunch, €39 for choice of app and main. Fresh baked bread. The 4 briney oysters were fresh and well presented. The sirloin steak was a bit overcooked for medium-rare but still delicious; I didn’t care for the sauce (but who puts sauce on their steak anyway?). The cauliflower gratin side (extra 6€) was the winner of the night. The included coffee and the white chocolate praline was the perfect way to end the meal. Pro tip: arrive early for a cocktail in the very elegant bar. We paid less here for a pint than at a pub in the Temple Bar area! 2024.03.

We had dinner with my wife in this restaurant with a pleasant setting.
The main room is spacious with high ceilings. The atmosphere thus manages to be calm despite the number of tables.
The meats were very good and the cooking respected, whether for the beef or the lamb. The service was pleasant and professional.

Just fantastic. Starting with the reception in the restaurant, then the food. Really really good. And the service was exceptionally attentive and courteous. If you want to sit in the historical part, you should make a reservation and express your exact wish. Then there will be no misunderstandings. I was there spontaneously and was very happy with the terrace.
