This place is totally worth the drive! All the food is amazing, everyone is super friendly, and the music they play is great :) AND they have ranch for their papas fritas! If you’re coming for the birria tacos make sure to come early because they sell out!

La Cocina Cuevas has just opened a new offering in Dempsey”s Gastro Pub in Balbriggan with an initial limited menu. The food is amazing and we were royally treated by Meghan who is on secondment from the Naul Alma Mater. You have to try it. 👍 Thursdays to Sunday 16.00 to 20.30.

I had tacqitos for the first time and it was unbelievable!! Husband had the chicken tacos and they were stuffed with filling and very delicious. Will definitely be coming back!
