Cannot stress enough how exceptional this place is! The staff, the food, the products, decor, everything is just perfection. We had the pizza, soup & sandwich and it was genuinely unbelievable. Staff are so friendly also. Will definitely be back

By far the best sourdough - plus just ordered a 3 shot cappuccino and was seriously the best coffee with milk I’ve ever had. So lucky to have the Firehouse Bakery on our doorstep.

Great service, they treated me really well. The pastries are delicious and the sourdough bread is amazing. Perfect place for refueling after a bike ride! Note that there is a parking lot at the back although it fills quickly in the morning

This was the most amazing bread making course. I have always wondered how to make bread Patrick made it so easy to learn

We stopped here after a short hike and so glad we did. The food was delicious, especially the pulled pork flatbread. We also got lattes and baked goods for take away and it was all so yummy. They even sell breads made in house. I think they also have sourdough baking classes. Definitely recommend!

Lovely bakery, great food and brilliant produce. Could’ve done without the shouty playlist though. The music needs to be curated more. It’s so annoying dealing with Celine Dion and Whitney Houston yelling at you over breakfast 😓

The Hungry Monk

25/09/2026: We visit every time we are in Ireland. Love, love! Definitely a must if you are south of Dublin.
18/09/2026: We had a remarkable and memorable meal with Julian and his family and staff. The wine was excellent. The appetizers - crispy herb and feta croquettes and nduja sausage bruschetta - were flavorful and creative. The halibut was cooked to perfection. The start of the night was the red wine braised beef pie of the day - this dish will not soon be forgotten. The entire experience was wonderful!

10/10/2026: We ar from California originally. We have lived all over Europe for nearly 3 years now and this is THE BEST Mexican food we have been able to find in Europe, bar none. I ended up eating here 2 days in a row because I could not stop thinking about how good it was. Reminded me of home right away 🙏❤️
