One of the very best pub/ restaurants I have ever been to. The house brew was great and the chowder was the best I have ever had by far and the ingredients are all local. You must visit this pub while in Doolin.

We had a good meal. Friendly staff.

Ordered the mussels as a main, and seafood linguini in wine sauce. As another reviewer said - mussels were good but as a main and for the price I expect some broth, butter with the bread, and maybe a little more than just mussels. The linguini was not saucy at all and resembled buttered noodles more than a €25 dish. Some shrimp, mussels, and 2 langostinos were mixed in. No bread, no veggies, no real sauce. Food was only served in the dining room which lacks the atmosphere some people mentioned. All in all disappointing. It felt like they had good ideas but failed in execution. Or we just ordered the wrong dishes.

They had a vegan stir fry that was good, we were just glad to have an option in such a small village. We were surprised that they had a vegan chocolate mousse with raspberry sorbet. This turned out to be the highlight of the meal! Definitely get that, vegan or not! We also had their foccacia with a couple of dips; these were also pretty yummy. Go early or be prepared to wait as it gets really busy.

Delicious food, great atmosphere and friendly staff. Such a nice meal after a long day.

Starters, Chili prawns, oysters, main , black sole and monkfish, I can not remember that I ate so delicious well prepared fish , our faces were smiling, service was excellent, great bio wines! Unfortunately we are leaving tomorrow, otherwise we would eat there again! Thank you, still smiling

A very delicious lunch. Whether lamb or fish – everything was absolutely delicious. The service was quick and very friendly.

Popped in for food cause the menu looked good, went for the Burren burger, alarm bells rang when he didn’t ask me how I’d like it cooked but I let it go! Literally came out about 10 minutes after we order which I thought was very quick, as expected it was a processed burger with a bit of salad and a few chips on the side, chips were lovely but the burger was nothing to write home about, the pickles were the best part of it, at €23 I was left disappointed, I had a Pepsi Max with it which was the tiniest bottle I’ve ever seen! Safe to say I won’t be returning, I value my hard earned money and I feel like I just threw it away eating here

Stopped here after visiting the Cliffs of Moher. The seafood sampler was delicious, enjoyed it. There were 10 of us and they, handled us with no problems.
