Flanagan's Restaurant in Dublin

Stephanie took great care of us. Walk in of two on a Sunday lunchtime. There were no tables available inside but we got ourselves sat just at the external area. Service was quick as so was the food, we had the fish and chips and the ribeye steak. The chips were deliciously crispy and golden. We loved the food and the peach iced tea. As locals, we were a bit insecure about going to such a touristic spot but it was totally worth it.

The food is good, although the selection is limited, and the menu offers basic dishes. This is certainly enough to fully enjoy the atmosphere of an Irish restaurant and have a comfortable dinner.

We came at a quieter time just before dinner, and we were so happy with quality of our dishes! I had the bangers and mash, and it was the best I’ve ever had. Our party also tried the lamb stew, fish and chips, and Guinness pie, and everything was fresh and delicious. Would highly recommend you stop in for dinner here!

Nice bar. We were a group of 6 persons and we had a decent breakfast. The staff were nice and efficient. The atmosphere was nice as well.

Down home tasty Irish comfort food.

We arrived in Dublin hungry and Flanagans was the first restaurant we came across. They had a reasonably priced lunch time menu and the kids menu included a soft drink and dessert. We opted for fish and chips, turkey and ham and kids goujons. Food was served quickly and with good portion sizes. The food was quite basic and the chips were clearly frozen and quite bland. However, the meat and fish were tasty enough and for 4 of us, including drinks our bill was just over €70.
