We loved this hotel. The room was spacious and rare in that it had air conditioning :) Coming from the US it was appreciated :) The food was great and we ended up eating dinner there both nights we stayed. Room was a great size and comfy.

Ok for short stay but... Hotel is dated and could do with a refurb. Very small Tv in the room, no Netflix or other smart tv functions. Hotel vas very noisy over the weekend. Staff was nice and breakfast was OK. Good localization and plenty of free parking on site.

I really liked the breakfast and the reasonable distance from the center of Galway. The room is rather old style in terms of furnishings. The television didn't work well. For us it was rather strange, and unpleasant, that in all the hotels we stayed in there was no television with international channels, in various languages ​​or there was no Netflix.

Spent the weekend here, was very clean staff were very nice and had no problem getting anything for you, food was delish and very affordable, room was cleaned everyday. The hotel had entertainment in the evening's , bus stop to town centre was right outside the door. Will definitely stay here again.

10/08/2025: Tried their new Buffalo Wild Burger at Chilli Shacks in Galway today and wow… it was spot on! Juicy, full of flavour, and the spice was just right . The staff were super friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Place is really clean too, which I always appreciate. Definitely a spot I’d recommend if you’re in Galway and craving a great burger with your friends .
