Excellent service, friendly staff my room was very clean and comfortable. Food was amazing. Pricing was reasonable and there was no problems with anything. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back here in the future.

Just had short Easter family stay in this hotel. Location is good and food was good but some bar/ restaurant staff could do better. One morning breakfast was being cleared 30mins before it was due to finish, with guests entering the area. When staff were asked why they left the area but did not return cerials etc already removed. One evening we reserved a table in the front bar but were told it was given to a "regular local" at the time we requested. They did get us a table when other guests left, but that was more luck than anything. Bar seemed to be poorly staffed in evening also with only one bar man serving drinks and having way too much to do. Front bar seems to be a local soccer bar more than a hotel bar. The family room was a good size and reasonably well equipped, but two of the beds were uncomfortable with base and mattress well past their best. I mentioned this at checkout but there was nothing offered. No apology, discussion, offer, nothing! May just be me, but when a guest lets a hotel know why they did not get a restful stay at their hotel, I'd want to discuss it further with the customer. Sign outside shows 4 stars but when I compare it to others 4 star hotels we have stayed in it fell well short of the mark for us.

Very clean! Nice and big room (20m2). Enough storage for 2. If could you add a toilet brush in rooms, it would be perfect.

Great place to stay just outside of the center of Galway. Its a 35 minute walk into Galway and there is a bus stop opposite the hotel where buses run regulary

Very friendly and helpful staff every step of the way. Hotel very clean and up to date - no peeling paint or frayed carpet as in other hotels I've stayed in. Rooms well appointed and quiet, beds comfortable. Bar and restaurant food top quality. Really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return
