Went in today, busy spot which is good for the owner. Cups were very small 2 sup cup for an iced coffee. Maybe have a look into upgrading to medium or large makes more dollar bills. Got a chocolate croissant with my order pastry was lovely but have to say the chocolate on the inside tasted like one of them mousse yogurts ya got in dunnes years ago. Staff were on the ball in fairness to them and it is a spotless place but just my opinion I suppose.

Great coffee shop, always have excellent coffee. Sausage rolls are the best I've had anywhere. Always busy too which is always a great sign of quality πŸ‘Œ

Jay Kays Cafe

19/10/2025: I had been here before and loved it so came back on my most recent trip. We both had the French toast with bacon added extra which was very tasty, but we felt the cost of the bacon was a bit expensive considering I got one slice, though my husband got two so maybe mine was an oversight. We left feeling a bit hungry still. We would come back, but would probably stick to a full Irish or one of the baps to get our money's worth. No wait, efficient service and friendly staff.
19/10/2025: We went there for breakfast and quickly realized it’s a popular spot. We waited in line for about 15–20 minutes, but got seated inside and had time to look through the menu. Once we got our table, the food was excellent. The pulled pork Benedict was something new for me (I usually go for salmon), but it turned out to be a great choice.
