FRANZINIS in Trim

We had a lovely evening at Flambé, where Carolann’s team were so friendly and welcoming. We shared the Mussels starter and had Sea Bass and Goats Cheese Salad as mains. There was a new Rosé on the menu at a very reasonable price, a bottle of which perfectly suited the warm summer evening on the small patio overlooking the castle. Apple Crumble dessert rounded off the evening. It was our first visit to Trim and to Flambé and we were so lucky with our choice of dinner venue. Great music selection as well! I wish the whole team well for future success of the business.

Burger was incredible, I liked my daughter's pizza more than she did as it has a very good bready crust, my wife's chicken Caesar was great.

This place has great service and cuisine. We wanted to sit on the terrace, but there were no seats. This was not a problem for the waitresses, and they brought an extra table outside for us. The service was great, so I want to come back here. I especially like their desserts and pizza. I recommend trying Apple scramble.

Excellent address. Varied and very good cuisine. Pizza better than "home" on the Côte d'Azur. Very good quality/price. Perfect service, atmosphere, and decor. Magnificent view of the castle. A place to warmly recommend.

My children brought me here for FATHERS day , it was fantastic , excellent service and dining, beautiful settings , I'll definitely be back
