FRANZINIS in Trim

Last time we were in Flambé the menu was different. This time there was a very strong Italian influence to the menu but all the meat favourites were still there. We had the bruschetta and calamari for starters both were delicious and plentiful. For mains we had the aribiatta and the risotto with chicken. Both excellent. The aribiatta is spicy spicy but I like that. The cocktails were gorgeous very modern and up to date, all evening the cocktail shaker was going. Staff were excellent and it was busy but they were great. I highly recommend flambé David and Kabhir

Went on New Year’s Eve and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Service was fantastic, food was lovely (mushroom pizza is great), and cocktails were tasty. In addition, the staff were attentive, friendly, and warm.

Met up with a group for some celebrations, everyone had something different from their extensive menu. The food was exceptional. Everyone of us raved about our meals. Staff where really pleasant and attentive, will most definitely be back.

Food was fabulous, Beer and wine perfect!! We felt there should be more variety on the menu. Steak is just too expensive!!

I had an incredible dining experience at Flambé in Trim! The food was absolutely amazing — every dish was fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. Kids where amazed with theyr pizza. The service was excellent as well; the staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, creating the perfect setting for an enjoyable meal. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food, top-notch service, and a lovely, peaceful ambiance!

The food was fabulous, complements to the chef

A wonderful Italian restaurant with a true Italian atmosphere. The waitresses were incredibly charming and friendly. The food was also delicious. From the restaurant, you can enjoy the view of Trim Castle through the large window.

Was very disappointed with the size of this fillet steak. I left the restaurant hungry. It tasted ok but was ridiculously small for a grown adult.
