Front Door in Galway

So glad it was open! The late place to be. It was wild how all these bars were interconnected like a labyrinth. Faaaarrrrrr too loud without earplugs, but they had the best mixed drink I'd never heard of: A Dingleberry. Yup. That name. Super tasty. Try it!

The staff are brilliant, the Guinness and cocktails supreme.

Stopped in while vacationing in Galway and what a cool find. My wife and I left with an entire new respect for gin. We tried the local and international gin flights and they were awesome. Great pairing with seltzer waters that were unique to us. Great stop for a drink or two! Really nice inside and I think 5-6 individual bars all over.

Lovely pub with a huge choice of gin and cocktails, but like too many pubs in Galway.......way too pricey!

Excellent cocktails. The Mezcal Margarita bettered those I have had in Mexico. It certainly had a kick. I am a fan of the cosy plush furnishings and red-hued dimly lit seating area. Very tasteful. If there is one criticism it was how the obviously talented young woman behind the bar chose to work alone when there was a queue building up. With approximately 30 customers to look after, and especially when it comes to mixing quality cocktails, there is a fine line between capable multitasking and tunnel vision. Recommended.
