Fuel Coffee in Portlaoise

11/03/2025: A group of 6 dined on Sunday night. The second we walked in the door we were greeted warmly and promptly shown to our table. The ambiance was truly delightful, with a vibrant atmosphere that filled the entire restaurant. Our server, Angela, provided exceptional service, demonstrating attentiveness and friendliness while anticipating our needs with ease—truly outstanding! There was a variety of different starters ordered from mussels, chicken wings, garlic bread & prawns. Each choice was full of flavor and enjoyed by all the table. Main course ranged from steaks to fish to burgers, again, these were incredible. Busting with flavor and cooked perfectly. Salted caramel parfait was the table favourite for dessert! All in all, a great venue to meet as a group of friends or a couple to enjoy great food, great service in a great atmosphere. Thank you to all the amazing team!

09/03/2025: Nice restaurant inside, cocktails are better than most bars here, the food is good quality, my only problem was my fillet steak asked for medium got near well done and it was dry, for €42 i expect better but I would try something else off the menu next time
