Friendly, jerk chicken was delicious and my girlfriends goat curry was melt in your mouth delicious!

I really enjoyed my evening here. Very comfortable, lovely atmosphere and the staff were all really friendly. The food was really nice, I loved the starters. I would recommend the Moinmoin; the sauce was so good that we asked for a jar to take home. It barely lasted 24 hours, we put it on everything. The mains were all very good, the Jerk Chicken went down well with my family, I had the Jollof Rice with Tofu and it was tasty and the portion size was just right for me. I'd also recommend you try the Malta Guinness, otherwise it's BYOB with a corkage fee.

Great experience, our food was great they happened to have one of our favourites and the chef took our order personally. Nice music to set the mood.

Popped in for lunch with my family and we were blown away. Food is delicious, staff were amazing, atmosphere was awesome and I could not recommend Funké enough!!

Small menu but they put a lot of effort and love into each dish. The food was just delicious and so flavourful!! The chef/ owner herself came out to check if we were enjoying our meal and if we needed anything. The other 2 waiters were lovely and made us feel very welcome. The restaurant is decorated beautifully. We are so lucky to have a restaurant like this in Sligo and it will be a staple of our for years to come.
