28/06/2025: Great pub. We had the Beamish and it was only okay, but it was quiet at the time so likely the first pour. Keen to visit when it’s busier!

30/05/2025: Family lunch post funeral. Staff excellent. Could not do enough for us. Beautiful food. Very well presented.

25/05/2025: The receptionist was very friendly. My room was very comfortable. A great menu choice for dinner and breakfast. I also used the pool and leisure facilities. I feel totally refreshed.
