Gaillot Et Gray in Dublin

All very good. They treated us with great kindness and sympathy. Fast and everything very delicious. They have their own oven where they bake their products. Highly recommended.

Great pizzas & homemade sourdough bread but also the best lunch spot in Dublin 8.

We've visited twice now. Once for pizza and once for sandwiches and a baguette. The pizza is excellent, though light on salt. A friend had the great idea to serve the pizza in elongated form. I think most people sit down to a round pizza and expect a specific flavor profile. An elongated form would perhaps prepare the eater for the distinctive emmental flavor. It's wonderful, but a bit jarring. The soup and sandwich were both incredible. Be prepared for a large portion at a very reasonable price. The crowd both times we visited seemed like local residents but very cosmopolitan. So wonderful to hear accents from around the world.

I’ve sat in for pizza and had lunch to take away and the food is always tasty and fresh. A lovely local restaurant that I highly recommend.

Excellent pizzas in a lovely friendly restaurant

We tried the bread, sandwiches, salads and soups from Gaillot et Gray, and they were all very good. The bread is a little bit pricey in my opinion, but it’s so good that it’s totally worth it.

Such a great pizza with such a nice vibe. I was looking for thin style pizza, I missed the roman one so much. This was perfect!

Un lugar perfecto para tomar el mejor café de Dublín, y con opciones veganas ! comí su pizza vegan pero olvidé hacerle foto. Hacen bizcochos caseros también riquísimos! tienen una zona con artículos eco a la venta y también puedes comprar café para hacerlo en tu casa. Todos son super amables y con camarera española simpatiquísima. 🥰

Unasuming neighbourhood gem with great pizza, nice craft beers and friendly staff

stopped in on spec. really lovely place with a local and friendly vibe. staff were superb and the soy chicken and charred scallion pizza was different and delicious. a jewel.
