Environment and service were good but the food was bland and expensive for what it was.

Tasty food, but a bit overpriced for what you get.

The food was so delicious and I had a hearty breakfast! I didn't know the Irish coffee had whiskey in it, but it was delicious! Kekekeke For some reason, the person serving me patted me on the shoulder! The atmosphere was great and Mike was so kind. I loved how he always smiled and treated me so kindly! This added a happy memory to my short trip to Dublin 🤪 I was a little tipsy, but thank you!

My 3rd time over the past couple of years. Staff is AMAZING. DO BOOK in advance. Its quite crowed. About the food experience: Pricey and overpriced for what it delivers. During my last visit I went for the lamb stew. The meat was almost non existent and there were some chewey bits. I guess youhave to pay for the hype

We were only in Dublin for 2 days but this was our favorite meal! David, our waiter, was friendly and informative. His recommendations were spot on! This place is a must and if you like hard ciders the Stonewell will not disappoint!

We walked in while in Dublin for the Vikings/Steelers game after a walking tour of the city. A wonderfully cosy spot on a VERY busy day. Hostess was great, our server Mike was fabulous (should be an ambassador for the city!) and the food matched the service (can't remember the name but it was a sampling of the a bit of everything... and I'm sorry I didn't take pictures I was just that hungry ). If ever I'm in Temple Bar again I'll be sure to go back

Definitely touristy but amazing! Perfect place to try a boxty! Our server Dobbee (Debbie?) was the absolute best!!

What a great find, from the moment we walked in till we left we had great service from the bartenders and the waitress Iseult, was phenomenal. Tried the boxty combo platter of 3 different boxty's, we couldn't pick a favorite as they were all good. The Irish Whiskey she recommended was awesome.

Enjoy service by David! He makes you feel like you are at home with outstanding fresh locally sourced food. The presentation on the plate is as stunning as the presentation of the historical building. Plus, the in house local craft beer is worth the stop!
