We had fish and chips and several different boxtys - everything was outstanding! Great service and very accommodating for the 2 celiacs in our party! Highly recommend!

We walked into Gallagher’s Boxty House on our last night in Dublin. We were initially seated at the bar along the wall, but our delightful server, Mike, quickly found us a table and went above and beyond to make sure everyone's experience was the best it could be.
My daughter ordered the beef stew, which was absolutely delicious, but the true star of the meal was the corned beef boxty. It was one of the best dishes we had during our entire trip.
I only wish we had discovered this place earlier in our stay—I would have happily gone back multiple times. If you're visiting Dublin, Gallagher’s Boxty House is not to be missed.

Fantastic Restaurant! It seems very authentic but with really cool items on the menu as well (we actually tried the fried pickles, amazingly yummy). We had to wait a little to be seated but it was totally worth it, if quite expensive, but well, we are in Temple Bar after all. It was two of us, on a Montay at about half eight.

Everything about our meal here was top notch 5 stars, but we felt it was a little pricey since it was in the “tourist” district. Food was delicious, service was awesome, and atmosphere felt very authentic Irish. Ulas was very helpful considering it was our first time.

A well-known spot, been there often and it's always good.
Very cozy and customer-oriented, food is also top-notch.
Definitely make a reservation, otherwise there can be a long line.

LOVE our server Lilas! Best service and amazing food. 100% worth making the stop here while in Dublin. We had a wedding group prefixed menu and it was perfect.
