I recommend Garavoguehenstag without hesitation. Yasmina went above and beyond to take the stress out of planning everything from the cowgirl themed activities and dinner to the hotel stay, all of which were excellent. She was patient, pleasant and helpful throughout which meant that all we had to do was arrive and enjoy the experience. We all had a brilliant time

Yasmina was an absolute pleasure to deal with ! She was amazing helping me organise the hens for our group! We had the best time in sligo from start to finish ! A belly of laughs the whole weekend! The activitys went down a hit and everything eles in-between! Thanks again

Thanks very much to the Garavogue team and to Yasmina for setting up a great weekend for my brothers stag. They were simply to deal with and had everything down to tee. We had a super weekend and hotel was fantastic.

19/10/2025: Fab venue overlooking the Garavogue river. Very pricey for what it is.
17/09/2025: Location, View, food & Staff are all 5 star here! If youre visiting Sligo, head for a town centre walk along the river to Doorly Park, and make sure to visit Ripples (@Riverside Hotel) on the way over or back. They have a lovely varied, flavourful menu. Lots of access for Buggies, Wheelchairs and even park bike outside. Amazing outdoor space overlooking the river. Even though youre still in the town, it's so chill over there. Their ice creams and milkshakes are big kids (and adult) favourite also. Every staff member I've ever met there are so welcoming and helpful.

Cafe Victor

14/06/2025: Cafe Victor is a great little spot with a warm and inviting atmosphere. I spent around €16 on a latte and a delicious homemade quiche, both of which were fresh and full of flavour. The place has a cozy, relaxed vibe, making it perfect for a leisurely coffee break or light lunch. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing attentive service without being overbearing. Overall, a nice café to unwind and enjoy good food in a comfortable setting.
