Amazing place!
My friends were visiting from Dublin and we couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate my birthday. The food is gorgeous, staff are amazing and the restaurant looks incredible.

I had an amazing dining experience at Glas Restaurant in Hotel Doolin. Their “30-Mile Tapas” concept, using all locally sourced ingredients, is brilliant. The dishes were beautifully prepared and packed with flavor.
The atmosphere was cozy yet elegant, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I loved their commitment to sustainability and supporting local producers, it made the meal feel even more special. If you’re in Doolin, Glas is a must visit. I can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderfull night with delicious food, good wines and nice service. Especially the quality of to food you get for the price, is outstanding!

Last weekend, after a trip to the Cliffs of Moher, we stopped at a lovely restaurant offering a tapas menu, and it turned out to be the perfect end to the day. The standout dish was the black sole, which was cooked to perfection – tender, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. We also tried the crispy hash browns and fresh sourdough bread, both of which complemented the meal perfectly.
On top of the great food, the service was impeccable. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in the area!

Doolin wasn’t in my original travel plan but I ended up staying two nights. I walked in Glas drenched in rain coming down from the cliffs after a 7 hour hike. The maitre d took my jacket to their laundry department and assured me they would know what to do and my jacket will be dry and warm in half an hour. I decided to let the maitre d order for me and surprise me. His recommendation of pork belly, beef ragu croquettes, and Argentinian Malbec was delicious. I did tell him I didn’t want seafood that night because I’ve had them the nights before. I walked out of Glas tummy full, body warm, and mood bubbly. :) Glas can compete with fine NYC restaurants. What a pleasant surprise.
