Had the pleasure of staying here Friday to Saturday. On arrival we were greeted by a lovely lady and John. Very welcoming which was nice, seen as we had to travel in awful conditions. Gleesons is well placed for appointments be it in UCD or St Vincents. All the staff, were polite, friendly and helpful. Gleesons is lucky to have the staff that served us in the bar, restaurant Friday and Friday night and for breakfast Saturday morning. We stayed in the suite (Room5) The room was clean, comfortable only thing was heating but that was a very, very small issue on arrival. On checkout the lady on the counter was very nice and pleasant. Overall, nice stay would recommend it.

Gleesons is consistently good. The food, atmosphere and staff are all excellent .

Nice thing about Gleesons is the various different areas within the place, each with its own atmosphere and feel, from the more formal and fairly expensive restaurant area to the more casual relaxed areas near the bar. Service is super friendly, atmosphere relaxed and food very good, although expensive. Also great for parking which otherwise would be difficult, unless you go to the car park opp the Old Punchbowl, which is much more traditional and atmospheric than Gleesons, of the old world, English tavern kind.

Great service and excellent customer service. Food was great and Guinness was superb. Definitely revisit again
