Glenmalure Lodge in

I stayed here for 2 nights while doing a course at the nearby sauna Bosca Beatha. Very comfortable beds for a good night's sleep and the food is also amazing. I had the steak, venison, lamb and chicken wings. Everything was superb but the lamb & chicken wings would be my 2 favourites. Breakfast was lovely as well and it was a very reasonable price per night too. Thanks

Stopped here for lunch after a drive through the Wicklow Mountains. The stove was burning whichfelt welcoming. Good selection for lunch and everything we had was well prepared and presented

I stayed overnight in my camper on the car park, thanks to BritStops for helping me discover this hidden gem. Waking up to the stunning valley views. The pub is lively and welcoming, with a fantastic kitchen. Dinner was absolutely delicious – generous portions, perfectly cooked, and full of flavour. The bar offers a wide selection of drinks, and the staff give great advice to help you choose something you’ll love. Breakfast the next morning was just as impressive, freshly prepared and hearty, the perfect start to the day. While I didn’t stay in one of the rooms, I was kindly allowed to use the shower in the morning – much appreciated! Friendly service, great food, and a beautiful setting make this a place I’d gladly return to.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at The Glenmalure Lodge. The food was exceptional - the lamb was exquisite and cooked to perfection, with generous portions that left us completely satisfied. What truly made our visit special was the incredibly welcoming and helpful staff. Their warm hospitality went above and beyond our expectations. As an extra touch of kindness, they even allowed us to park our motorhome overnight in their car park free of charge, which was greatly appreciated. The combination of delicious food, excellent service, and genuine Irish hospitality makes The Glenmalure Lodge a true gem. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you to all the staff for making our visit so memorable!

Gem of a spot. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating even when extremely busy. Unbelievable views from the outside are and food and drinks are amazing. Love this place and always pay a visit when we are in the area

This beautiful lodge is located in the middle of nowhere in Ireland. We parked our campervan in the parking lot. In the evening, we had a drink in the pub, which had a cozy atmosphere and live music. The next morning, we enjoyed an Irish breakfast.

The food here is FHAB-OU-LOS! Tried the Burger, the Scampi, the Lamb and on two visits. Delicious! Not skimpy portions. The place was busy but in a fun way and not oppressively. There is outside seating, if that's your thing. The staff were efficient, friendly and on the ball!

Perfect location for romantic getaway or a stop while hiking Wicklow way

Lovely little gem hidden away in the valley. I didn't stay the night but had a top quality breakfast and lunch here with a few shnakey pints thrown in for good measure. Great starting point to explore the beauty of the Wicklow mountains. Great service, very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic place to stay, food is divine, local lamb is a must 😋 beautiful walks all around👌 from 3k to the top of lug, something for everyone 💪
