Superb food and very nice staff. This made for a great break after walking to the castle. Great to be able to sit outside in the sun. Highly recommended.

A cozy place with quite a variety.

I am a teacher carrying out July provision with children with additional needs. I visited the tea rooms with 2 children with an SEN. The lady (brown hair with a full fringe and glasses) could not of been kinder and more patient. One of the children is particularly indecisive and becomes overwhelmed when making decisions in unfamiliar places. This lady ensured a special sandwich was made for her to meet her needs. I apologised for holding up the queue however the lady reassured me to take our time and was so kind to the children and made them feel so comfortable. This patience and kindness is so valued in circumstances such as a busy restaurant, loud noises and crowds which can be so overwhelming for children with an SEN. Thank you !

It is a very beautifull place with a lot of options to eat and drink. It was a good place to rest after a beautifull hike 🤩
