Food was brilliant and staff wonderful. For sure I will go back.

The restaurant has a great menu covering many cuisines, especially the chef who does the teppanyaki is particularly interesting and produces a great product! I love this place and look forward to my next dining experience!

Spent €90+ for a mediocre dinner for 2 adults and a child. We arrived to staff arguing, kids running circles around the food items and most of the dessert stand was empty (at 6.30pm). Some food items looked like they'd been there far too long and some others in fairness were being topped up. The food was meh, the noodles weren't edible, the duck was super dry and don't get me started on what desserts were left. We all left disappointed and wouldn't be going back.

Just okay buffet. Not a huge selection, very saucy and oily.

Fantastic, such a great selection of food and the live cooking station is just class (I recommend the small prawns with lemon juice from the live station!) I went here a few months ago but forgot to arite a review, but still I have the same opinion. Great!

Really good resturant. Great selection with particularly good dim sum offering. Great fun for groups or families, my kids love going here and the deserts selection might be the reason! Great food and great value for money.

The Malatang was decent, and the spicy popcorn chicken (not sure if that’s the exact name) was fine. My friend said the sushi was okay, but the selection was very limited. Unfortunately, the other dishes were not great. The shrimp was far from fresh, with the meat already turning mushy. The mussels were also not fresh, with the same mushy texture. The seafood at the teppanyaki station wasn’t fresh either, and the salmon looked like it had been sitting there for a long time, so I didn’t even try it. I wouldn’t recommend this place. If you’re only coming for the Malatang, the price really isn’t worth it.

Not as extensive as other buffets in Dublin. But ok if you want a buffet without having to go into the city center.

Where do I start?! Global Cuisine in Dundrum Centre embodies everything great about a buffet. The food selection is vast and appealing and is wonderfully presented. I came with my family for my son’s birthday and everyone had a blast! This buffet offers the three main courses ranging from starters to desserts along with a bottomless drink for an additional small fee, most definitely worth it as I love my coke. My personal favourite was the teppenyaki section, the chef was entertaining and was making everything with love! There were many new additions from the last time I came such as a ‘make your own ramen section’ and a salad section, which is thoughtful and inclusive of you ask me. There are fruits and loads of vegetarian options as well. My son’s friend who came dine with us was delighted to hear that the lamb, duck and chicken were halal, which further emphasises the inclusivity. The cleanliness of the restaurant was superb, the staff maintained high standards by keeping the place shiny, the windows, the counter tops, the floor and especially the chocolate fountain. I would be surprised if they didn’t have an ISO9001 certificate! The position of where Global Cuisine is placed is a hidden gem, a great area especially on the sunny evening we went on. It is at the top floor of the building with the cinema which means it has an overview of Dundrum road, because of this we were able to witness the golden sunset through the window which not only was beautiful but added onto the experience of my son’s birthday The service of the staff is exceptional! Everyone I communicated to when I needed help was patient and had a smile on their face! They would efficiently clean our plates and eating space when we were done eating which is amazing as it prevented our table from looking like an eye sore. As it was my son’s birthday, I paid a small fee of 5€ for a personal slice of a birthday cake that was decorated saying happy birthday, not only was that included in the price but the staff would come and sing happy birthday whilst playing the guitar!! This will definitely be a birthday my son will remember and this buffet is definitely a buffet I will visit again. Bravo Global!
