Was in Arthur's Quay, I hate hot chocolate but I will chug the hot chocolate they make here. Kelly was working and she was on her own and did such an amazing job. You could see she was rushing to get orders done but her customer service and the drinks she made were absolutely fantastic. 10/10

Even in rush hour, even in one of the busiest malls in the city at any given time, gloria jeans has reliably good drinks and service. i havent tried the food, just the drinks. I'm not the biggest coffee buyer but i've gotten to the point now where i've had to get myself a loyalty card. the staff are real friendly, and ive seen some of them run the place as a single person or under heavy pressure from a long queue and they always pull through.

The coffee is nice but for 4.95 for a medium white mocha it’s expensive won’t be rushing back here again🙃

Thus is just a fantastic place to sit down have a lovely coffee and bite to eat ,staff are just so lovely and friendly. I highly recommend this spot ..and must day loving the revamp
