Great experience. The setting is pleasant (chic bistro) but a little noisy. Impeccable service. We enjoyed ourselves, even if I found that some of the dishes weren't sufficiently enhanced but overwhelmed by their accompaniments or sauces with the multiplicity of flavors.

This was my first Michelin experience and I was blown away. The attention to detail was phenomenal. It has been quite a while since I went there, but I thought they deserved a Google review, now that I am doing a lot of Google reviews. I had blogged about them years ago. The chef Andy McFadden is fabulous and the team that waits on you is just top notch. They make you feel like royalty. There is not a detail missed here.
We didn’t have a reservation and just happened to walk in by chance. We were not dressed very nice and they still treated us kindly anyway even though we were in more sportswear than clothes you would wear to a Michelin Star restaurant. We had no idea what we were walking in to. We just were hungry and needed to get off it weary feet. And oh were we in for a surprise!
From scraping away the crumbs on the table, to all the Amuse-bouche, the attention to detail at every turn, just wow! Thank you so much for opening my eyes to the world of Michelin stars. This is still my favorite Michelin to date!

Needed to organise an anniversary dinner. Hadn’t been to Glover’s Alley for over two years and I’m asking myself why not. Dinner on Saturday was exceptional-The food was creative, delicious with combinations of flavours that were genuinely exciting. The service was excellent, friendly efficient and not stuffy. The dining space is very comfortable and whilst there is a good buzz, it is not overly noisy. Dining out in a Michelin star restaurant is never cheap, but I felt that I had received genuine value for money and it won’t be two years before I’m back again. Hats off to Andy McFadden and his team.

Had a lovely evening at Glovers Alley. Food was exceptional staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the food. The woman sat next to us was very rude and obnoxious and couldn’t help but over hear some of her comments to one of the gentle men. Although she was very annoying he handled the situation with a lot of professionalism.
Overall had a wonderful time.

I stopped in for a quick lunch at this small restaurant, located on the 1st floor of the Fitzwilliam Hotel, overlooking St Stephen's Green - a quiet refuge, away from the tourist shopping crowds.
The decor was simple enough, but the rounded porthole mirrors and curved wooden walls made me think of some sort of 1960s Bond movie… or Bond spoof.
But the service was very good, especially the sommelier, and the food was excellent. I enjoyed the BBQ squab breast and leg with carrots and dates.
I'll have to return.

Uno de mis restaurantes favoritos en cualquier lugar. Tuve una gran experiencia hace unos años y finalmente tuve la oportunidad de volver con un amigo, fue tan bueno o incluso mejor de lo que recordaba. Fui con el menú degustación, cada plato era maravilloso, complejo y excelente sabor y hermosa presentación. Entre lo más destacado para mí fue un plato de remolacha con avellanas que era una combinación increíble de sabores y un plato de ternera con foie gras, aunque todo estaba genial. Los dos idiotas divertidos en realidad pueden haber sido mis favoritos. También fuimos con el maridaje de vinos y me impresionó la creatividad, múltiples vinos de zonas menos comunes, incluido un vino de naranja. Gran experiencia.
