Nice cozy place for a breakfast, food was good, service was also good but can be improved as food was coming in batches rather than together

Decent breakfast, Decent service, reasonably priced. Some of the decorations are really charming, like the "goose plane" in the center of the ceiling.

My cousin is celiacs so I found this place ahead of time and the gluten free crepes were delicious! Very cozy, and friendly workers

Best coffee I had in Dublin, hands down. Goose on the Loose is a charming little café in Portobello (2 Kevin Street Lower) that takes their coffee seriously — they brew with two spots coffee, a local Dublin roastery, and it shows. The latte was perfectly balanced. Friendly staff, cozy atmosphere, fair prices, and the perfect spot for breakfast or brunch in Dublin. If you’re looking for a great coffee shop near St. Stephen’s Green or Camden Street, this is your place. 5 stars — I’d come back every morning

Stopped in for a late lunch on a whim, had the corn fritters (highly recommended), a Nutella crepe, and a flat white. Fantastic little spot!

The pancakes we ordered were still raw in the middle, the waiter didn't see any problem and so we demostreated by rubbing our fingers through the pancake and getting wet batter on our fingers. Also they charge €1 for bacon which is just a single thin slice.
We told the waiter thst we were not going to eat these and that we were leaving. They did not even offer an apology instead stormed off in a huff as if we were the cause of the raw pancakes.

We were in Dublin with our family and found this place based on the Google Reviews. We arrived around 8:30 am and we were the only ones in the restaurant when we arrived, which always feels a bit strange, but helpful since the restaurant is relatively small. It probably only seats 20ish people. By the time we left, there were people waiting outside to get a place to sit, so it is obviously popular!
We ended up having the Irish Breakfast and crepes. My son was excited to get ice cream with his ice cream crepe. Everyone loved their breakfast and it was a great first meal in Dublin for us. Service was quick and staff was friendly.
