The food was great, but the real highlight was Guillermo – he was absolutely brilliant, always checking in on us, offering advice and recommending dishes. Without a doubt, I’d go back there for another meal.
Last Wednesday I was having dinner at the Maldron hotel in Tallaght. The food was delicious, but nevertheless, the best thing about the night was the attention received by Guillermo, the waiter who served us. His attention was very good and he was attentive at all times. He served us the food in a very short time and was a very kind and polite guy. I'm sure we're repeating in the future.
