We booked the Granvue Hotel last-minute due to a funeral and I just can't say enough about the staff. Sean (I think, apologies if wrong!!) was an absolute gem on the phone and helped us out immediately. We travelled up from Cork and due to the weather didn't arrive until near midnight which they had no problem accommodating. Had the heating on in our room for our arrival. Cozy room, loads of space and the bathroom was lovely. View out the window was fab of the lough. Breakfast was divine and again, the lady serving us was so lovely and brought us everything we needed as well as continuously checking if we needed anything else. They also hosted the afters of the funeral, and it was just a great atmosphere for a sombre day. Can't recommend them enough and will 100% be back for a summer outing!
