Love the coffee here. It has a great kick to it. They give discount of coffee cups and they don't charge for alternative milk. Fab range of wines and savoury and sweet foods too. The staff are lovely too.

Best coffee in portlaoise 🥰 Amazing flavour and the friendliest staff! I always get an oat milk cappuccino and a chocolate hazelnut cannoli.

Myself and my colleague spent a morning here working on our laptops and it was a wonderful experience. Staff were so welcoming and the service and products were great! A great environment to get work completed.

02/11/2024: Southern style Gravy - Thank me later 😉👍🏻 first time returning to Eddie's since being home in the states. Shocked to see the price increase (but understandable) same meal less than a year ago cost us €20 less 🙈 madness.. The girls had enough to deal with fussy customer but kept smiling 👍🏻

04/11/2024: A friend brought me to Akayu about 2 years ago and I can safely say this is now my favourite place to dine out. The food is always delicious and the staff are so warm and friendly. Highly recommended this little gem. 👌
03/11/2024: Stopped of in portlaoise on the way back from the cork jazz festival last week. I went for the beef Ramen. Enjoyable
