If I didnt give this place as many stars as possible I will be excumunicated! Simply the best!

Place was very busy on a Sunday afternoon, staff were excellent, pleasant and welcoming. Food and Drink was perfect and value for money. Would highly recommend 👌

We had such a wonderful experience at this Irish pub! From the moment we arrived, the ambience and atmosphere were spot on—warm, inviting, and lively without being overwhelming. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and even though we hadn’t reserved a table, they managed to seat us on the terrace. For starters, we shared two salads, both of which were fresh, vibrant, and full of flavor. For mains, we went with the chicken and the Korean-style salmon. Both dishes were outstanding: the chicken was juicy and tender, while the salmon was cooked to perfection with a beautifully balanced sauce that gave it just the right amount of kick. On top of that, we received three additional side dishes to share—crispy fries, perfectly cooked vegetables, and a fragrant saffron rice—that rounded out the meal beautifully. Every plate that came to the table felt well-prepared and thoughtfully put together. Overall, I was genuinely impressed by the combination of high-quality food, excellent service, and a great atmosphere. This pub exceeded expectations in every way, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable Irish dining experience.

It’s a autentic Irish Restaurant They really like tourists/ families! We walked there, tried to go back to the boat via uber- no way mondays. The charming boss gave us a pick up back in her own car. Thank you so much, you are awesome 💝🍀

This is a little gem hidden away in Glasson near Athlone. The food is absolutely amazing. Bar itself is full of character and stories (if you ask) Excellent service, very accommodating staff. They also sell homemade jams and salad creams. If youre anywhere near Glasson, this is somewhere you have to eat. My only issue is that they don't open Tues/Wed! 10/10!

We'd a few drinks only there and had such a great time. The staff was 100% brilliant..enjoying the Craic with our 'Poetic Society' when it was late. Will return!

Lovely old pub, food very tasty and good choice, will go again.

Food is okay but not blown away by it. Service is okay but waitress wasn't very accommodating and a little irked at any kind of questions or details. Atmosphere was good in front bar with locals treated much better than outsiders.

Food is delicious .. its a dinner menu , but so devine and your doggy friend is welcomed with open arms

The food at this pub is exceptionally good! We had the pan-fried sea bass fillet. Crispy skin and very flavorful with Asian spices, but not overly spicy, served with stir-fried vegetables and a delicious homemade chutney. And the staff, like almost everywhere in Ireland, are very friendly and efficient. I would easily make a detour for this pub.
