Guinness Bar Experience Dublin Airport T1 in

29/01/2026: I had a wonderful day today in Burger King. I was served by a pleasant young man named James Moloney (I had to get his name because of how great his customer service was). He welcomed us to Burger King and recommended food we should try. Throughout the experience he was very accommodating and very helpful. He worked well with his coworkers and provided a welcoming environment. The food was absolutely gorgeous and came out in no time. I was very happy with my experience and can’t wait to be greeted by James again!!!!!!

04/11/2025: We were ordering in the drive thru and there was a young man working there who was shouting obscenities down the microphone of the guy taking the order. He thought it was a prank but he should be instantly fired for that, and I don’t like to say it but you would be fired from any job for shouting obscenities at customers. I felt sorry for the guy who was serving us and the food is very good from Burger King at the Birdhill motorway stop so we will definitely go back but that other young man really let himself and his colleagues down with his childish behaviour.
