Gusto d'Italia in Limerick

christmas roulade cake was divine I could eat seconds the place was beautifully decorated for Xmas so clean and warm, staff was so helpful and nice will definitely be returning here again 10/10

⸻ Yesterday, I came to the shop to buy my favorite cake, the Red Velvet. The place wasn’t very crowded, and there were two staff members. I stood there for about five minutes or more, and neither of them came to ask what I wanted or even apologized by saying they were busy and would be with me shortly. I hope this doesn’t happen again, because you have a unique and special taste, and I always buy from you for every birthday and occasion.

My favourite cake here is the Kinder Bueno. it’s absolutely delicious! What I really like about their cakes is that they are not overly sugary, so you can enjoy every bite without feeling heavy. Honestly, all of their cakes taste amazing. 🍰 They also have a great variety of ice creams to choose from. 🍦 This is definitely a must try place for anyone visiting Limerick!

Yesterday, a poor choice in florists had us running the city trying to piece together a bouquet for our grandmother's anniversary mass just hours beforehand. My husband and brother called into Gusto d'Italia to grab coffee and a snack while my SIL and I organised with another florist. Our grandmother loved Tulips, they are not in season. We saw some beautiful fake ones on the counter and after relaying the story, the loveliest lady gave them to us. We put them into the floral arrangement and that little act of kindness from a woman who wouldn't let us pay her or do anything for her turned a stressful day into one that felt like our nana was with us. I've hadice cream and coffee here in the past and its always been amazing but lady, you were like an angel sent from heaven to us yesterday. Highly highly recommend this place for the offerings but also for the incredible staff.

It is one of the finest cake shops in Limerick. We consistently place orders for birthday cakes from them, and their cakes 🎂 are of the highest quality. They also offer gluten-free and vegan options. Highly recommended. Edit: We visited again and had gelato icecreams 🍦 😋

I visited Gusto d’Italia and tried their chocolate and banana ice cream both were very nice, smooth, and flavorful. The place is very clean and well-kept, which I appreciated. Customer care was also good; the staff were friendly and polite. Overall, it was a pleasant experience
