Ha'Penny Bridge Inn in Dublin

We had the best time last Saturday, both before and after a gig at the 3Arena. We asked if it was possible to eat something around 16:15, and the answer was immediately positive and very welcoming. We went upstairs, ordered a Guinness, sandwiches, and soup, the food was really good, and the staff were all incredibly kind and attentive. We spent some time watching a rugby game, and later the evening performer arrived to prepare for the night. He played a great selection of songs, including a Biffy Clyro's one especially for my sister, which absolutely made her day. After the concert, we came back for a last drink, and he was still there playing. He is an excellent guitar player, a great entertainer, and judging by the way he interacted with the audience, a genuinely lovely human being. The same goes for the staff: friendly people and a place where you really feel welcome. A perfect spot to spend time in Dublin!

We stayed on the first floor and really enjoyed it. The live music was also excellent – ​​highly recommended!

Very nice and friendly staff. Huge variety of draft beers. It's quieter downstairs.

You wouldnt be waiting long for a drink in The Ha'penny Sean and the lads run a great bar always very friendly each visit fantastic spot for a pint to relax during the day and a great spot for a bit of music then in the evening. Highly recommend.

Best bar in temple bar by a country mile

Nice staff and quality pints of Guinness. I will Definetly go back. Handy location for a quick pint if your getting a bus as it's right beside the bus stop.

We enjoyed a lovely, tasty toasted sandwich and a drink here. The service was prompt and attentive. The general atmosphere was pleasant and background music not too loud.

The owner Sean and his employees are nothing but a damn good time in there😁 they play music and it was the best bar I went into in Dublin. I had been there for over a week when I discovered it. Do yourself a favor and go in there and see Sean and his employees and enjoy the view and music! TOP NOTCH!!!

We’ve been there every day during our 3 days trip to Dublin. Such kind staff, and while in the middle of busy Temple Bar, and authentic atmosphere! Definitly would recommend!
