Hardy's Bar in Dublin

We stayed in the hotel for one night in a beautiful sea view room & the view did not let us down. The room was lovely, clean, comfy big bed with a small fridge & tea coffee making facilities. We had a lovely experience from start to finish and the staff were friendly too. Breakfast was delicious & plentiful.

First time staying here as an adult for my birthday with my partner. The room was spotless bed very comfy and room was cool you could turn down the heating. Lovely sea view room and good value for money. The pool is disappointing there is too many children and adults can’t enjoy it properly. The spa was lovely although beware of booking mud chamber I was very disappointed I was expecting a bath but it isn’t one. Spa staff are a little laid back and don’t explain the treatments very well. Upon arrival the lady wasn’t very friendly spoke in a strong foreign accent and told me to secure my room I had to use a certain type of card. Overall could have been more welcoming upon arrival. All other staff were amazing and accommodating. The staff left me a birthday card in my room. Overall I’d stay here again but there is some slight issues the hotel could work on.

Stayed here recently and really enjoyed our visit Staff are very friendly The only negative was the bar food I had fish and to me it seemed to have been in the fryer more than once !!!!! but would stay again

Love this hotel and have stayed many times. Generous rooms and very comfortable beds. Usual room facilities available. Visit to Hardy,s bar for a drink is very pleasurable experience. Fabulous breakfast with the usual attentive staff. Will be back soon!!

Great facilities for kids! Playroom was filled with toys with great attention to detail to include something for all ages.

Very nice establishment! Free private underground parking. We can see that the establishment is a little dated, but the service is excellent! Possibility of eating on site, even if not full board. Access to the gym, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and massage room, but only during the day... At 6 p.m. it's closed... Which is a shame. I was only there 4 days, during the day I was visiting, so I was only able to go to the pool and sauna for an hour on the day I arrived... It would be nice to open later for people sleeping at the hotel, because outside people can also come there.

On checking in I was welcomed and they allowed me to check in a little earlier than allowed, which was appreciated. The room was okay, a little old fashioned but suits the hotel. Breakfast was disappointing, food wasn’t very nice, it took 10 minutes to get a coffee (they bring it to your table), not all hot food was available from opening. Parking was free and plentiful. I’d stay again, it’s a very nice area.

The service at the bar is deplorable. We are presented with an old menu with lower prices. So the incompetent waitress apologizes for presenting the old card but makes us pay the price of the new card. An hour after eating, the waitress does not bother to clear our table. Fortunately the setting is magnificent!!
