Hargadons Bros in Sligo

Good simple food and good service. I had the fish and chips and the fish was fresh and crispy but the fries were just ok. The sticky toffee pudding was a bit dry and needed more sauce.

If you're in Sligo you shouldn't miss stopping in here for at least one, two or more pints. THE oldest pub in Sligo that still exists as such. In addition, you can also eat excellent food here. In 2017 the pub even received a Michelin award 😉

Quaint restaurant with a very good selection... Good value for money. Ample portions. However, you have to add some seasoning.

Wow! We visited Sligo for a friends wedding, the Airbnb host recommended this place. We were not disappointed. Really warm atmosphere, top notch Guinness and Irish coffee, and the food was sublime. I got the grilled Irish steak sandwich (a whole steak on ciabatta with wild shrooms onions etc) and the wife had Korean wings. Would 100% recommend

'Just a quick visit this time, 5pm, no reservation made beforehand. We had their renowned Seafood Chowder with their treacle bread....it hit the spot perfectly as always......🤗

Excellent service here, staff were really nice and helpful. A little on the pricey side but the food was excellent 👌
