Harvest Homemade in Athlone

A familiar place where you can have breakfast and lunch. There is also an opportunity to drink good coffee and tea with goodies

A little confusing a cold counter and a hot counter... Queued in the hot food for a soup, got to the counter and was told to go to the other counter, hung around for staff who seemed to be deep in conversation and more interested in what was being discussed. I did get served and sat down to enjoy my soup. It was tasty, but a little salty brown bread was nice. It wasn't very busy and being a part of a hotel you'd expect a little more.

Lovely cafe. Just popped in for tea and a scone. Tea for 2 and 2 scones was €11.

Very nice restaurant, lovely decorated. Staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. We had hot breakfast but you also can have selection of cakes and sandwiches. Very good coffee too. Service was quick, food was tasty, nice break from the shopping in Town shopping centre.

12 euro for a cheese sandwich and a soup. Bit extortinate, literally doubled in price in the last few months. Had to go look for the soup and when I finally got it to my table I had to ask for a spoon, service bit dishelved. I do like the food and was prompt apart from the mission soup & spoon.

Visited the cafe in afternoon off peak. Had toasted chicken chilli wrap and pot tea. Price reasonable for what I got but would have preferred the wrap to be hotter. Staff friendly and all tables were cleaned up immediately customers left. Good atmosphere .
