Just a spectacular hotel nestled in the Bluestack Mountains. I've always wanted to come here and it doesn't disappoint. We have a Lakeside Balcony room with the most peaceful and tranquil view of the lake. The food and the service are superb.

Wonderful from start to finish. So relaxing,and and set in lovely surroundings. Staff are second to none, extremely helpful and welcoming. Thanks for everything,and the upgrade was much appreciated ๐Ÿ˜ look forward to our return.

We stayed down at the hotel for 3 nights with the family. Location, hotel and staff we brilliant. We had a great stay and will definitely be back.

07/12/2025: Had a lovely experience here from the moment we walked through the door. Every single staff member was so nice. The menu was great and the food was delicious. Really enjoyed our time here. Would definitely recommend and will revisit for sure.
05/12/2025: Went for lunch here yesterday. From the time we parked until the time we left the service was exceptional ๐Ÿ‘Œ Food all freshly cooked,delicious and great porrion size. All four of us were so happy. The place was beautifully decorated for Christmas but the Caps/Hats hanging from every inch of the ceiling is a definite talking point, all year round. Would definitely recommend a visit and all four of us will be back again soon.
