Hasu Izakaya Restaurant Greystones in Greystones

I wanted to try this place for a long time and finally we had lunch there. What a wonderful surprise, possibly my new favourite Japanese restaurant in Ireland, octopus balls were amazing, my rice took the rice and it was excellent, and I got the best chicken katsu curry, even better than other much more known restaurants in Dublin.

Delicious. Salmon Sake. Duck Don buri, seafood amen. All excellent. Next to the Burnbury pub

A wonderful experience. A lovely, cosy place; the service is fantastic, the waiters are friendly, the food arrived very quickly and was delicious – simply perfect. It really surprised us – 10 out of 10. It’s become one of our favourite restaurants – highly recommended.

What a lovely treat to find and a great atmosphere. The decoration and soft jazz transport one to a different place. The service was excellent and the food was fresh. The rice was ever so slightly aldente but everything else was perfect. Tip: Visit on a weekday night for a perfect date night. You'll almost have the whole place to yourself.

We were just looking for simple fish and chips in Greystones when we accidentally found "Hasu Japanese Restaurant"...well everything was so amazing singularly excellent food quality and freshness, especially fish, superbly cooked by gifted chef(s) complimented with piquant subtle sauces.... living in Roscommon (184km), next time we get takeout I'm crawling back on my knees, can't wait to be hungry again! ..WOW👍 Shelley & MacDara.
