The food here was really good and staff were nice. Atmosphere was pleasant too, not too loud or noisy but rather calm and quiet for an evening dinner out. Will be back here again sometime. They had many veggie options too which is a plus.

I wanted to try this place for a long time and finally we had lunch there. What a wonderful surprise, possibly my new favourite Japanese restaurant in Ireland, octopus balls were amazing, my rice took the rice and it was excellent, and I got the best chicken katsu curry, even better than other much more known restaurants in Dublin.

29/09/2026: I visited Sonny’s about 5-6 while visiting Greystones this month. Hats off to all the servers for helping to make my and my varied visitors feel welcome. More specifically Aiden, Ronan and Danny were friendly, quick to serve and very engaging! Thank you to all three for helping make my Sonny’s visits fun and positive! Well done!!
26/09/2026: I would highly recommend, me and my family can’t stop going there every few weeks, my favourite burger is the filthy cow it’s absolutely delicious and I would also recommend, Staff are very nice, service is quick you don’t have to wait longer than 20 minutes for you food to come. The atmosphere is good, people chatting and eating, music playing and all that stuff, Over all the restaurant is amazing and you should definitely go.

29/09/2026: Really enjoyable pub grub! Very fresh and very tasty food but the staff are so friendly, funny and down to earth it really is an all round great place to eat!
15/09/2026: Food was so good. My girlfriend was dancing after each bite. So crisp fish and chips. Thanks for the good food.
