Very good, enjoyable Sunday lunch. Excellent service, the Sunday roast was a good as any I've tasted. The bathrooms were clean. Highly recommended

Visiting for the second time. Great service. The food is absolutely amazing. Everyone left empty plates. Can recommend everyone their apple crumble. I could eat it every day.

Went out for dinner with family in a warm Sunday. Ordered wing starters which was cooked amazingly and had the right amount of sauce I then got the peri peri chicken burger that was light on the peri peri which I enjoyed and the chuncky chips were also good Enjoyed the food will definitely visit again

21/10/2024: Superb Irish pub, home cooking but excellent. I highly recommend
15/10/2024: Ate here 3 out of the 4 nights I stayed in Castlemaine, while I explored the Dingle Peninsula. I ate at a very "well-known" fish and chips place in Dingle, and they didn't stand a chance in comparison with the fish and chips at The Anvil. Well done πŸ‘ βœ”οΈ πŸ‘.
