Lovely place. Steak on stone is marvelous. Good for a single outing but as well a family trip. Recommend.

Food was fine, I'd prefer food served on a plate and not in a basket. The service very good and staff were friendly. The restaurant was very cold which made my meal not as enjoyable.

Came here early during the Christmas period, place soon filled up. Been a while since id been here and menu hadnt changed much. Food is a good standard, pizzas are probably the least strongest dish on the menu all the rest is very good. No festive additions to the menu which i was hoping for. Upon leaving i noticed that other tables had a second menu which actually was a Christmas menu, i mentioned it to the staff member who served us who then shrugged their shoulders when i mentioned that they never showed us the seperate Christmas menu. That annoyed me but too late then.

Had a few very pleasant pints in the bar before we headed into the restaurant. The staff were very polite , friendly and helpful. The food was 1st class. Excellent experience

22/04/2025: Hidden Gem. From the moment we came in Johno looked after us with prompt curtious services. Great menu. I got the cabbage and bacon. While my partner got the most delicious burger ever. I had a feast of a dinner. I hadn't eaten all day. Was well impressed. Just like Ma used to make. All staff friendly and checked we were OK a few times without being over pushy. Just right. Great desert menu. Mains under €20 what a bargain. Will definitely be back. So if your driving down from Dublin hold off and come in here be worth your while. On the old Dublin road past NCT centre. A lot of locals here too 😁😁😁
04/04/2025: Lovely spot for food, have been here a few times when I'm in the area and have never got a bad meal. Service is efficient and friendly.
