When I tell you that the chocolate tasting I just had was incredible, my words don’t even come close. This was nothing short of a SPIRITUAL EXPERIENCE. This chocolate is undoubtedly the best I have ever had and has ruined all other chocolate for me, and I think the tasting changed my brain chemistry. Shona gave us a wonderful, expert presentation of the newly-renovated facility and is truly passionate about the ethical and serious practices of Hazel Mountain. Shona, THANK YOU. You were seriously such a joy and a fantastic guide.

Got chocolate when we visited from USA. Never in my life have I had such amazing, perfect goodness! Even though Intl shipping is expensive, we occasionally order. It's WORTH THE $!

I stumbled upon this place randomly and I'm sure glad I did! Best chocolate in Ireland that's for sure. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. I got to sample products before purchasing them and learned new things about chocolate. They make everything right there as well. Amazing hidden gem! Highly recommend you add this to your itinerary, worth the detour I promise.

My boyfriend and I both ordered hot chocolate, and the taste was absolutely amazing. The place itself had a lovely atmosphere was quiet, cozy, and comforting. It truly felt like a warm hug.

It's supposed to be the best chocolate in Ireland. The samples were definitely delicious 😋. I still need to try the rest. I bought a few things.

Absolutely amazing experience, highly recommended. All aspects of Hazel Mountain is top tier, from the tours, the cafe and of course, the chocolates. Our tour was perfect, the tour guide made it feel more personal; as some places seem very rehearsed, where Hazel Mountain staff are genuinely proud of their work. The cafe staff went the extra mile, giving in depth details about the menu. I could not recommend a visit more, and I have already told everyone I know to visit if they ever get the chance.

Gorgeous cakes & coffee in the cafe and the chocolate shop is heavenly- there’s the chocolate aroma, and it’s really cool being able to see the chocolate being made right from the start with cocoa beans. The Tour was amazing too, learned so much and had a laugh too with Shónagh! Such lovely staff there.
