We popped in here on a tour with Connect The Dots Tours of Ireland and they were so kind to accommodate us with a tour and explanation of their process. The chocolate is so clean and tastes amazing. You must try the Chocolate Tea. So smooth and subtle. Check them out if you are in the area!

Such a great cafe and Chocolate factory, the coffee and cake selection are awsome!!! Staff are great too we got the tour of the chocolate making facilities which was fun and interesting and included samples! Well done guys!!! 👏 ☕️ 🍫 🎂

Nice to see how the chocolate is made. There is a lovely smell of chocolate. I thought there would be more of a selection chocolates but I suppose it is a small operation. The cafe had a nice selection of cakes and coffee. Definitely recommend calling in for some chocolate and a coffee.

Cool place. You can listen and watch how chocolates are made. And then buy them and eat them. I recommend the ones with salted caramel.

Amazing artisan chocolate and good coffee, very steep prices though. Nonetheless we enjoyed it and brought some chocolate home.

We discovered Hazel Mountain Chocolate by chance and it's definitely a hidden gem. The Chocolate is very high quality but they also have a fantastic café!

Hunter's Hotel

03/11/2024: In my mind Ireland has lost so many things of beauty over the decades, but Hunters hotel has not changed since my first visit over 50 years ago. Having been brought there for my birthday luncheon where everything was every bit as good as I expected, even the weather which meant an enjoyable walk round the unique gardens. While enjoying today's Sunday luncheon with relations, it dawned on me how nice if a group of actors could arrive and sit down at an opposite table in period costume and act as though they were part of a Mrs Marpole drama. Especially as the perfect atmosphere is in this wonderful timewarp of a place, to have a number such enactments during the year.
