Hillbilly's in Dublin

Came across Hillbilly's Walkinstown by chance the other night and I was very impressed. Food was excellent, staff very friendly and the place just looks the part.I don't do reviews generally but in this case, credit where credit is due.

Limited parking at a busy roundabout but the food is superb

It must be some of the best fried chicken in Dublin but in the variety box i am 99%sure your breast is actually turkey. And that is a no no. At least let people know that. Chicken breast will never be stringy and as tough as a sole. Don't go that way as it would be a shame. Quallity is dropping also...

Chicken was disappointing all bone, very little meet in snack box meal, chips were OK, hopefully just a one off 🤔

Great chicken and burgers always consistent 👌

WoW. All I can say I'll never be going to KfC anymore. Hillbilly's wings are 10 out of 10 and staff is very friendly and extremely fast. Their chickens and crispy batters can't be beaten. Best fried chicken in Dublin if not in the whole of Ireland 👌❤️👌❤️
