great food!! ( note that the cheapest lunch option comes in at 9.95) it waa extremely busy waited about 20 mins in queue than 20 mins for food. felt like the place was understaffed. would suggest goinf here during less busy hours. place is nicely decorated but doesnt feel too cosy.

My go to coffee spot in Limerick. Greta atmosphere here with friendly staff. Me u is good as well and always happy with the food. Definitely recommend

I love hook & ladder ,the staff are so warm & friendly. The food, well I know the menu off by heart, they do change things up every now & then . Whether it's something healthy or with a kick of flavour it will definitely sorts out my sweet tooth. The portions are quiet big ,you will feel satisfied for the day ... Enjoy & thanks to all the staff @ hook & ladder

29/01/2024: I had a very good experience with the service provided by the employees of this company. Unfortunately, the product I purchased was faulty, but it was precisely when things went wrong when the staff showed their professionalism and fixed the issue without making a fuss. I was offered help to troubleshoot the issue, and when we determined that it couldn't be fixed, they offered a full refund straight away. This is exceptional customer service right there. Thanks folks.
