Il Fornaio in Dublin

Went there with my work colleagues last night, the food was absolutely delicious, and portions were huge. Staff were so so friendly, Bozana, I hope I got your name right was so lovely. I woukd recommend this restaurant to anyone that loves Italian food. Thank you all❤️ ETA Went back again last night with my daughter. We had a lovely time, food was oce again amazing and there was a few nice touches that we were delighted with, won't say what they were or everyone will be looking for them☺️ but suffice to say, the staff were very attentive and helpful and I look forward to going back again. Excellent food, lovely staff and nice atmosphere. We hadn't got a reservation but a couple of tables were rearranged and so we were able to get in and had a great evening. Roast porchetta and the daily special of ravioli stuffed with squash and cheese in a pesto sauce were delicious - and big portions! Very good bread is delivered to the table as routine; more restaurants need to do this. Hope to be back.

Found by chance, a pleasant surprise. Excellent pasta and pizza made with authentic Italian ingredients. Quiet area, well-served by public transportation.

We went on a road trip and love Italian food. But it feels just like you are really in Italy. The staff is very friendly. And the food tastes super good too. This is highly recommended. Belicimo

This place was so good we came twice in three days. You should book as it is small and busy. All the food was tasty but the pasta was amazing and the pork and potato dish was amazing.

Amazing amazing food. The pizza is to die for. We generally take out. Restaurant is very small. Staff are fabulous and kind.

I've eaten here on several occasions when I've been in Dublin for an afternoon show in the 3Arena and the Bord Gáis theatre. The food is always delicious. There aren't a lot of tables so it's a good idea to make a reservation. It's such a handie walk to both theatres.

Best Italian restaurant in Dublin, with such a lovely staff.

Nice Italian food. Nice bright premises. Friendly staff. A nice social meal with friends.
