Il Fornaio in Dublin

Excellent food, lovely staff and nice atmosphere. We hadn't got a reservation but a couple of tables were rearranged and so we were able to get in and had a great evening. Roast porchetta and the daily special of ravioli stuffed with squash and cheese in a pesto sauce were delicious - and big portions! Very good bread is delivered to the table as routine; more restaurants need to do this. Hope to be back.

Found by chance, a pleasant surprise. Excellent pasta and pizza made with authentic Italian ingredients. Quiet area, well-served by public transportation.

We went on a road trip and love Italian food. But it feels just like you are really in Italy. The staff is very friendly. And the food tastes super good too. This is highly recommended. Belicimo

This place was so good we came twice in three days. You should book as it is small and busy. All the food was tasty but the pasta was amazing and the pork and potato dish was amazing.

Went there with my work colleagues last night, the food was absolutely delicious, and portions were huge. Staff were so so friendly, Bozana, I hope I got your name right was so lovely. I woukd recommend this restaurant to anyone that loves Italian food. Thank you all❤️

Amazing amazing food. The pizza is to die for. We generally take out. Restaurant is very small. Staff are fabulous and kind.

I've eaten here on several occasions when I've been in Dublin for an afternoon show in the 3Arena and the Bord Gáis theatre. The food is always delicious. There aren't a lot of tables so it's a good idea to make a reservation. It's such a handie walk to both theatres.

We came across this amazing restaurant yesterday and it was amazing... my husband and friend had the chefs special... clams/prawns tagliatelle which was amazing, I had the beef brisket tagliatelle and my friend had a pizza. The service was excellent even though they were full they managed to squeeze us in. Definitely will go back again... brilliant
