Had last night dinner really enjoy

Outstanding Indian food. The flavours are exceptional. Perfect size portions. Excellent service. Lovely atmosphere and even when busy it's easy to hear your table's conversation. Dessert top of range .The whole meal was a wonderful experience.

I don’t leave bad reviews, but this deserved one. The vindaloo, I’ve had spicier lasagnes, black pepper on the table would of been used had it been there. Imagine a pepperoni pizza’s sauce, literally that, worse even. Also, the ultimate culinary sin of any curry dish, throwing in a potato to beef up the size The keema naan bread, very bland. Oily, not a fan, Peshawari good tho. The popadoms, a joke, I’ve never seen such a miserable dishing out of dipping sauces, which were bad anyways. The food would be okay for anyone who never tried an Indian. The staff are good. Also the atmosphere and layout is very good. I’m sorry but I can’t find anything good to say about the food.

A nice restaurant with a lovely relaxed atmosphere and attentive staff. So why only 2 stars for the food? Well it wasn't the quality or the flavours which were really good. No, it was the pitiful amount of chicken in the main courses. I had a Jalfrezi and my wife had a butter chicken. Each contained 4 tiny pieces of meat, we estimated less than half a chicken breast between the two main courses. As mean as I have ever encountered anywhere. We probably won't go back. Which is a pity because otherwise it was nice.

This restaurant ticks all the boxes, it's conveniently located and has friendly staff. Rajalakshmi had wonderful energy, making the dinner better.

First time at the restaurant last week. The sharing meat platter for starters is absolutely delicious. For the main course we had the lamb street curry and butter chicken. Got pilau rice and peshwari naan (without raisins). Excited to go back!
