My family are regular customers here. The service here is normal very good but the 2 guys on the main bar on Staint Patrick's day were unnecessarily rude. Put us off staying any longer than the few drinks we ordered. Very disappointing.

A beautiful building, a creative and inspirational menu full of flavour, we had to try a few places before we found The Central. The staff were all so naturally kind and helpful, we wanted for nothing. Food was cooked not reheated or microwaved, it takes a bit of time to cook real quality food, it was hot and full of flavour visually appealing the portions were adequate a great cheff obviously. The interior design was unique and the colour scheme was lovely. Would highly recommend.

Food is really a hit or miss depends on what you order, the pasta and pizza is a hard no. Steak i would really recommend and their starters are nice but plz work on ur pasta dishes bc usually we add more salt bc of lack of flavour.. and pizza dishes is more like flatbread w sauce which is definitely not what i assume when ordering a pizza . Service is fantastic and atmosphere is good. Drinks are incredible 😊

Went for lunch and it was OK. Good size burger but dry with skinny fries 15€, fish and chips also 15€, lighting was too low for eating day time, felt like midnight in the eating area.

This is the best place for food and service in the county. The menu is incredible, the food is delicious and reasonably priced. The service is wonderful, which is a very rare find in Ireland these days. I'm vegetarian and was delighted with choices on the menu. The waiter was well trained and attentive. Full marks, I will be back soon.

The service & friendliness of the waiter staff was excellent. There was a good buzz for a Tuesday night. I opted for the fillet steak, medium to well. It was burnt on both sides & dry. Overcooked. It came with a plate full of chips(literally). They were shovelled onto the plate, I so much so when i cut the steak the chips went all over tha table. This all came with ridiculous salad leaves in a bowl top lair only has dressing. The brownie was gross. It was covered in a thick, heavy chocolate sauce which was difficult to digest.
