Inishwallah in Inishbofin

I’m not being dramatic, but when I took my first bite of the mackerel with the salad and that caramelised rhubarb.. my hands praised a higher power in the sky , as if my body somatically reacted to the food, before my brain could even register a response… Yes it was thaaat good! Everything about the food here, from the salad grown out front, to the little crunchy seeds and onions and the dressings and sauces… would not change a thing, try everything, it’s all delicious, fresh, absolute satisfaction on a plate, On all of thee levels physically, mentally, emotionally & spiritually 💜💜💜🌸🌸🌸💚💚💚 the best the best the best!

A unique and fabulous spot for lunch in Inisbofin! We stopped off during a cycling tour of the island...4 adults, 4 children. The food was phenomenal especially the fish tacos. The hot dogs went down a treat for the children. Highly recommend and so glad we stopped!

The service was pretty long (almost an hour) because there were a lot of people ordering. We had the mutton sandwiches which were good but beware, it's a strong taste, it's not lamb!

I have been here a few times and I honestly think it is one of my favourite places in the country, nevermind Inishbofin. Tasty, fresh food, cooked with love and imagination. Will keep coming back

Great tasting food! Recently had the mutton sandwich along with fish tacos and kid hotdogs! All was great It’s not cheap however a unique setting and service can be slow! Go enjoy as your on island time

We had pretty much everything on the menu to share as a group – and wow! My favourite were the gyozas but the tacos and mutton sandwich were great too. Go here for rich flavours in an unpretentious setting with lovely staff. Oh, and local ingredients only.👌🏻

A must visit! The freshest food and most delicious flavours. You can taste the love put into every dish. No favourites just come back several times to try everything!

Best bean burger on flat bread I have ever had. Hubbie had the fish tacos and said they were very tasty. Fab view from the upper deck of the bus! Kinda glad they don’t serve alcohol as we would definitely have outstayed our welcome!!!
