I cannot rate insomnia in claremorris high enough, every single member of staff is a credit to the company! They always remember my regular order and always have a smile when I walk in! Today I visited the Insomnia Coffee in Claremorris for the first time. The coffee was really good, prepared with attention to detail, the carrot cake was fresh and very tasty. The staff were lovely. I arrived at busy time, but the girls working there were always smiling and the atmosphere between them was great. There were happy to advise me on my choices, and didn't rush me when I couldn't decide. While waiting in queue, I noticed that the girls treated each customer individually and knew the preferences of their regulars. They were happy to chat with each customer. This is rare in this type of place. Despite the large number of customers, the cafe was clean and offered a wide selection of cakes and sandwiches. I will definitely be back.
