Insomnia Coffee Company - Sligo O'Connell St in Sligo

It's my routine to go there every so often, my go to is usual chai and latte always made right for me. Cosy and comfortable.

Could bring the coffees down to the table and put them on a tray

The girl who served us, with a smile and great kindness, upon noticing that we were foreigners, spoke slowly and gesturing (that helps a lot) and marks a difference with Starbucks where they usually serve you well, but more coldly. The place was spacious and with different corners to accommodate you: tables, sofas and even a children's area. A very pleasant experience. I don't know if this chain is only Irish, but I hope it reaches Spain.

Grand . Very busy and service dragged a bit. Decor a bit underwhelming

paid 12.90 for these two nearly full cups of tea that I had to make myself and two fulfill bars.
